§ 1 General
The Gestüt Kempke Hof will only treat your personal data (for example title, name, address, email-address, telephone number, bank connection, credit card number) in accordance with the stipulations of the German Data Protection Law. The following provisions shall inform you about content, extend and aim of the elicitation, processing and use of your personal data. The data privacy statement does only apply for our website. In case our links take you to other websites, please inform yourself about the handling procedure of your data.

§ 2 Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, as long as they are required for the contract, its content or change of contract (inventory data) are exclusively used for the contract. In order to deliver the goods, your name and address have to be forwarded to the supplier of goods. (2) Your personal data will not be forwarded to third persons not involved in the contract without your expressive permission or without legal basis. After the order has been completely processed, your data will be blocked for further use. After expiry of stipulations in terms of tax and commercial law, these data will be cancelled unless you have not expressively agreed on a further use.

§ 3 Web page analyzer with Google Analytics
